A Rose to Embrace

 I have seen beauty in a rose,
No words came to mind as I froze,
She spoke with voice soft and sweet,
Petals were louder on concrete,
I can smell this fragrant flower,
Redolent of a rain shower,
Emitting a scent of pure joy,
Drew my focus by being coy,
Blossoms that looks smooth to the touch,
Yearned have I for nectar as such,
Enkindling feelings undreamed of,
She must be blessed by divine love,
Eternal rose sent from above.
